- Lead Educator for Summer Camp – BEEC is seeking experienced, compassionate, creative educators to lead nature-based summer camp experiences for children ages 4–11. Our Nature Explorers Summer Camp blends outdoor play, hands-on discovery, and imaginative learning in forests and meadows. This is a seasonal role (June 23–August 8), ideal for those who love teaching, the outdoors, and supporting diverse learners. $21-24/hour based on qualifications and experience, preference given to applicants available all 6 weeks, but part time or partial summer configurations will be considered. - Business Manager – BEEC is seeking a detail-oriented and mission-driven Business Manager to keep our office humming! This part-time (20 hrs/week) role supports daily operations, donor and participant communications, event registration, finances, and office systems—all while helping advance our nature education mission. We’re looking for someone with donor management and accounting software experience, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit. $20–25/hour, flexible schedule, hybrid options, and a supportive mission-driven team. - Marketing & Communications Coordinator – BEEC is looking for a creative, strategic communicator to help share our mission and grow our community impact. This part-time role (20 hrs/week) includes managing digital and print marketing, social media, newsletters, press outreach, and storytelling in support of our programs and fundraising efforts. We’re seeking someone with strong writing skills, design savvy, and a passion for nature, community, and environmental education. $20–25/hour, flexible schedule, hybrid options, and a supportive, mission-driven team. - Environmental Educator & School Programs Coordinator – BEEC is seeking a dynamic educator with a strong background in teaching and science to join our small, passionate team. This part-time role (20 hrs/week) combines hands-on environmental education with program coordination, serving youth through school programs, day camps, and enrichment activities.
